Starting procedure for FIALA 4-stroke engines

Cold engine, starting step by step:

1.       Ignition OFF
2.       Fuel Pump ON
3.       Choke CLOSED
4.       Turn engine 2-4 times
5.       Choke OPEN
6.       Ignition ON
7.       Throttle 5-7% more then idle running
8.       Start engine

After 3 attempts  => no running => STOP starting

(too much fuel or not enough fuel in engine => hard to recognize) 

At first try procedure for too much fuel:

1.       Ignition OFF
2.       Fuel Pump OFF
3.       Choke OPEN
4.       Throttle FULL
5.       Turn engine 2-4 times
6.       Ignition ON
7.       Fuel Pump ON
8.       Throttle to Idle running / start running
9.       Start engine

After 3 attempts => no running => STOP starting 

Try procedure for not enough fuel:

1.       Ignition OFF
2.       Fuel Pump ON
3.       Choke CLOSED
4.       Turn engine 2-4 times
5.       Choke OPEN
6.       Ignition ON
7.       Start engine

After 3 attempts => no running => STOP starting => check engine
